The magic of magnesium Magnesium is responsible for over 300 processes in the body helping to strengthen bones and teeth, maintaining bone density, for promoting healthy muscles and relaxation, it is incredibly important for heart health, the nervous system, and energy production.
Many of us may be deficient in magnesium because of our modern lifestyle and dietary choices we are typically more stressed which can deplete nutrients and we are eating more processed foods than ever before, our dairy intake is high and although milk is a good source of Calcium it contains much less magnesium and because of this disproportionate ratio may result in calcium robbing the body of magnesium.
Signs of deficiency include: Insomnia, muscle spasms, twitching, restless legs, depression, nervousness, confusion, high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, kidney stones and constipation. Our magnesium spray is made from magnesium chloride which is a highly bioavailable form so it can be used by the body straight away.
It can be sprayed directly onto cramping muscles and restless legs for immediate relief, helps muscle recovery after a workout and helps sleep.
Many of our customers like to spray it on the soles of the feet before bed.
We have also added organic lavender essential oil to our Magnesium spray for added therapeutic benefits.
Avoid applying to sensitive or thinner skin areas.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep containers tightly closed and avoid introducing water. Please follow the product-specific directions and ingredients shown above.
For topical products, patch test before first use and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

UK orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£5) or Tracked 24 (£6). Delivery is free on orders over £50. For international delivery, please contact catherine@fanaticalbotanical.co.uk before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Unwanted items may be returned within 30 days, unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
