TERMS OF SALE

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree with the Sales Terms, do not order any goods from this shop.

1. STOCK AVAILABILITY

Goods at fanaticalbotanical.com showing in stock are available for order and will be despatched in line with our delivery options.

fanaticalbotanical.com retains the right to suspend supply of goods displayed if it is out of stock or for general site maintenance and may do this without warning or notice. fanaticalbotanical.com also retain the right to change prices without notice or warning. Current prices of all goods are clearly marked on the product page and these are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).

Once you have placed an order with fanaticalbotanical.com you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and a further email confirming dispatch of your order.

The email confirming dispatch of your order represents acceptance by us of your order.

Refunds are made using the same method used to make the initial order.

2. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNT CODES AND SPECIAL OFFERS

From time to time fanaticalbotanical.com may offer discount codes, special offers and promotions and may terminate these offers without prior notice.

Receipt of a discount code does not provide a guarantee that the code will be accepted once the discount period has expired.

Discount codes do not apply to items covered by a promotion or to which a discount has already been applied.

3. DELIVERIES

UK deliveries only accepted.

Deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail charged at £5.85 tracked 48 standard delivery or £6.90 tracked 24, if your order amounts to £50 or above postage and packing will be free of charge. Orders ship in 3 - 5 days

If your order is damaged during delivery please contact us at catherine@fanaticalbotanical.co.uk to report any problems.

4. REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from fanaticalbotanical.com.

If you are unhappy with products that you have purchased from us then please let us know by contacting us at catherine@fanaticalbotanical.co.uk we will try and resolve any problems and you will be given the option of either a refund if you contact us within 30 days of purchase or we may issue you with a voucher code that can be used against a future purchase, all to be confirmed by our customer services team.

Returned goods should be sent complete with their original packaging with your order number, the reason for your return and whether you would like either a refund or replacement.

Customers are responsible for organising the return themselves unless we have sent you the wrong item and if that is the case we will arrange the return for you.

We cannot accept returns as a result of deliveries being delayed or late.

Cancellation – You have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of the date of receipt of your goods, as long as the goods are returned to us unused and as new together with their original packaging.

Force majeure – fanaticalbotanical.com will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in the delivering of goods to you the customer for unusual or unforeseen events that are outside our reasonable control.

At fanatical botanical we value your privacy and the importance of safeguarding your personal details as such we follow the obligations set out under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect personal data from you when you make a purchase, open an account, email us with an enquiry or sign up for a newsletter and will only use your data to allow you to purchase goods from our online store, set up an account with us, email you concerning your order, or send you our newsletters.

Data we collect from you will be: Your name, email address, postal address, telephone numbers, and bank details.

We will never knowingly pass this information on to any third party.

Please be aware that our hosting company will have their own privacy policy in place and they in turn may collect information of your visit to our online shop and collect cookies.
